If you are looking to take control of your health, if you want to boost your metabolism, increase your energy, enhance your fitness level and loose weight … this is the program for you.

Tri-ing To Start is designed to establish life-long healthy behaviors through guided exercise and nutritional coaching in a welcoming group support environment environment with expert certified professionals.

Classes Meet:

Mon and Wed from 6 pm to 7:30 pm – Cycling fitness development, Cycling Skills Coaching, Core Development, Nutrition Coaching, and Goal and Habit setting.

Sat from 10:15 am to 11 am – Recovery Yoga – An essential piece of the Tri-ing to Start Program. This practice restores the muscles you work so hard to develop each week, improves range of motion, joint mobility, reduces pain and stress. No better way to end the week.
