Tri-ing For Life has a safe and encouraging philosophy for our C2Tri program with the goal of taking you from the couch to your first sprint distance triathlon. We will challenge you all the way, but the training will always be delivered with safety and injury prevention in mind as well as being effective and smart.

What is included in this program?

  • Three (3) Coached Group Training sessions per week!
  • Rides start out indoors in a safe and controlled environment on Tri-ing For Life’s computer controlled trainers to ensure you get the maximum fitness gains
  • Swims start out at the YMCA Pool where it’s safe and we can focus on technique for proper and efficient swimming.
  • 14 week program to get you TOTALLY prepared!
  • Training Peaks online scheduling and training log – the latest and most comprehensive training resource available

Coached Group Training Sessions:

Starting April 10, 2016

Tuesday – Cycling at Tri-Ing for Life studio at 7:15 pm

Thursday – Swimming at the YMCA at 5:15 am.

Thursday –  Running and technique. Meet at 6 pm. Meeting location may change depending on weather, etc.
